This is one of the best student crime films I have seen produced by pupils in KS5 and both group members deserve praise for their hard work creating this moving film. Katie worked in a group to create this short film, in terms of her role within the group Katie was the director and in charge of camera but also took turns with some some sound and editing. Through this film Katie demonstrate excellence in the creative use of most of the following technical skills: • shooting material appropriate to the task set; including controlled use of the camera, attention to framing, variety of shot sizes and close attention to mise en scene • editing so that meaning is apparent to the viewer and making selective and appropriate use of shot transitions, captions and other effects • recording and editing sound with images appropriately.

I agree - they both worked extremely hard and produced an excellent product demonstrating creativity and skill.
